He is survived by: his wife Frances Boutchyard Brooks; his sons, Jamie (Melissa), Jeff (Sarah) and John (Samantha); his grandchildren, Jacob, Morgan (Kyle), J. B. and Aubrey; his stepgrandson Casey (Jenny); and his great grandchildren, Hayden and Lincoln Nance.
