She is survived by: her parents, Nick Foundos and Kim Foundos of Stafford; her grandparents, Mary Fitzgerald of Stafford, Nick and Nancy Foundos of Stafford; her uncle Brian Foundos of Stafford; her aunt Keri Warren of Stafford; her cousin Keli Warren of Stafford; and her close friends, Holly Fulcomer, Jordyn Skillin and Rebecca Pratte. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
The family kindly requests that, in place of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Jessica's name.
