He was predeceased by: his wife Shelba J. Lee; and his brother Robert E. Lee. He is survived by: his daughter Michele P. Lee-Stewart (David) of Falmouth; his granddaughters, Brandy R. Weakley (Michael) of Orange and Christina B. Strain (Scott) of Partlow; his great grandchild Aria Strain; his brother Tommy O. "Butch" Lee (Natalia) of Lake; and his close friend Vera Stevens of Fredericksburg.
Services will be private, and the family ask that donations be made in Bill's name to the American Heart Association (https://www.heart.org) or Alzheimer's Association.
