He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Allen Waters and Anna Rose Tolbert Waters. He is survived by: his wife Denise Cooper-Waters; his sons, Ian Zachary and J. Colton Waters; his daughter-in-law Nikki Ritner Waters (Zack); his grandchildren, Finley Aspen and Cayson Kane; his stepmother Pat Waters; his siblings, Kerry, Keith Waters, Cherry Waters and Cindy Amann; and his stepsister Lori Winters (Dale). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service (186 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, VA 22554). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
