She is survived by: her husband Jerry R Lewis; her siblings, Gillis Wampler, Ronald (Wanda Wampler), Karen Wnukoski, Inez (Jerry Boothe) and Cheryl (John Campisi); her children, Steve Lewis (Kim), Christy Mckinney (Darin) and Tamara George (Michael); her grandchildren, Stephanie Lewis (Josh Leatherwood), Stevie Lewis (Renee), Kenny Lewis, Aulin George (Jackie), Ethan George (Nicole), Madison Henry (Ben), Joshua Lewis (Zoë), Sara George, Caitlin McKinney and Jacob Mckinney; and her great grandchildren, Arabella Lewis, Eloise George, Killian George, Leo Lewis, Adriana Lewis, Izzy Henry and Preslee Henry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
