She is survived by: her children, Steven Schieffelin (Jo Ann) of Athens, GA, Richard Schieffelin (Josie) of Fairfax, VA and Susan Bardwell (Stephen) of Stafford, VA; her grandchildren, Jessica Deussing (Doug) of Greensboro, NC, Catherine Balanda (Will) of Avon, CT and Brian Bardwell (Brittanie) of Fredericksburg, VA; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Rowan, Wes Deussing, Julia, Eli Balanda, Zoey, Lily and Mavis Bardwell.
