He is survived by: his wife Gail Renee Lakes-Booker; his children, Alexis Booker, Parrish Booker Jr., Cortney Lakes and Yasmine Joyner (Brandon); his grandchildren, Isaiah, Zane, Bently, Aria, Enzo, Serenity, Faith, Da'Nyla and Azlyne; his niece Kentiqua Booker; his nephew Travis Garrett; his siblings, Gloria Ann Irvin of Gary, Indiana, Joey Powell of Fairfield and Paul Thompson of Chicago, Illinois; his aunt Diane Phillips of Drew, Mississippi.; J. D., Gladys, Catherine, Marian, Melvin, Rodney and Cedric.
