It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Charles Devaney of Stafford, Virginia, who passed away on August 13, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan C. Devaney and Genevieve P. Devaney. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Irish-Devaney; his daughter Krista Mitshele; his brother Robert Devaney; his nephews, Jim Devaney and Chris Devaney; and his niece Lisa Devaney O'Neill.
