She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Blanchard and Della Blanchard; her husband Wallace; and her sister Dee Sherman. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Brinkley of Va; her daughter-in-law Stacy High-Brinkley of Stafford, VA; her grandchildren, Noah, Nathan, Annie, Natalia and Oksana; and her great grandchildren, Lauren and Valya.
