He was predeceased by: his son Little Ray. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Meadows; his children, Raymond Meadows Jr., Herbert Meadows (Sarah) and Amanda Meadows (Marvin Nies); and his grandchildren, Austin, Makayla and Lily. He is also survived by one brother; and five sisters.
