He is survived by: his parents, Harvey Speight and Jeanette Lindsey (Medlock); his wife Madonna Lepley-Speight; his children, Alexis R. Speight, Brittany S. Fitzgerald (Charles) and Caleb A. Speight (Kaelyn); his grandchildren, Annalyn Fitzgerald, Leni Speight and Charles Fitzgerald; his siblings, Shannon "Cherie" Speight and Robert "Chad" Speight (Elizabeth); and his sister-in-law Teresa Roop. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
