She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lola Korte Knoll and Francis Knoll; her husband Charles Daniel Burns; her brother Wayne Knoll; her sons, Charles Daniel Burns, Jr. of Stafford, VA, Michael Thomas Burns (Malissa) of Stafford, VA, Sean Patrick Burns of Fishersville, VA and Christopher Wayne Burns of Fredericksburg, VA; her sister Mari Deluka; her grandchildren, Michelle Burns, Michael Burns, Samantha Burns, Buddy Burns, Rebecca Burns and Jacob Burns; and her great grandchild Jackson Bond.

Roberta loved her family and was an extremely generous person who donated to many charities.
