He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Kibler and Ruth Kibler; his brothers, George and Johnny; his daughter-in-law Dawn Kibler; and his grandson Cody Kibler.
He is survived by: his wife Irene "Judy" Kibler; his children, Roger Kibler Jr., Tom Kibler (Tina) and Patti Crabtree (Dan); his grandchildren, Amber, Antonio, Sydni, Isaac, Lauren and Max; and his siblings, Wayne and Fran. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service (186 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, VA 22554). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at the Stafford Memorial Park (154 Shelton Shop Rd, Stafford, VA 22554).
