She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Lee and Susie Ellen Best (Cockrell); and her husband Carl Edward Blevins. She is survived by: her children, Carl E. Blevins II of Woodbridge, VA, Michael L. Blevins, Glen A. Blevins (Tammy) of Hartwood, VA, Judy A. Beavers of Partlow, VA, Kathy M. Ward of Hurt, VA, Carol S. Blevins of Lake Ridge, VA, Gale D. Knowles of Stafford, VA and Robin R. Morrison of Stafford, VA; her sister Vera Gorham of Springfield, VA; and her pet Lee. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
She attended the Dale City Baptist Church up until the Pandemic hit.
