She was predeceased by: her husband Buddy Altizer; and her siblings, Roberta Ann Doyle, Doris G. Sullivan and Willard Alvin Guy, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Troy Altizer (Cecilia); and her grandchildren, Logan and Morgan Altizer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
