He is survived by: his wife Sarah Higgins (Anne); his children, Jeff Higgins (Meg) and Karen Leonard (John); his grandchildren, Forrest Higgins (Travis), Jenna Higgins (Thomas) and Samantha Perasic (Seth); and his sisters, Judy Hoye (Walter) and Jenifer Clark (Dane).
