He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Allen; his daughters, Justina Allen and Denise Allen-Mercer; his sisters, Virginia Bolton and Doreen Rudder (Trevor); and his brother-in-law Gregory Queen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
