He was predeceased by: his father William Kendrick Cary; and his sisters, Gayle Cary Doughten and Cynthia Fessman. He is survived by: his close friend Sai; his brother Con Cary; his former spouses, Marcia and Robert Douglas Cary (Jewel); his granddaughter Hazel; and his cousins, Diane and Johnnie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
