He was predeceased by: his sister Laurie Ingalsbe (Ricky). He is survived by: his wife Teresa McCarter (Terry); his children, Jackie, Jenna, Justin and Jim (Ashley); his brothers, Shannon (Lee) and Keith (Nikki); and his parents, Craig McCarter and Millie McCarter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
