He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wibert Meadows and Geraldine Thomas Meadows. He is survived by: his fiancée Lois Jean Conley; his stepson Michael Farish (Jessica Cook); his siblings, Gary Meadows (Linda), Wilbert Meadows (Melinda) and Norma Pace (Tony); his mother-in-law Tessie Mae Conley; his grandsons, Mason Shifflett and Everette Shifflett; his siblings' children, Jessica Thomas (Andrew), Jeff Meadows and Dave Weakley; and his great-niece Rylee Thomas.
