He is survived by : his parents, Dennis Lawrence Everly of Stephens City and Patricia Fultz Nowak of Jacksonville; his wife Tracy Lee Goode Everly; his pet Ozzie; his siblings, Jennifer Breeden (Seth) of Winchester, Nichole Sackett (Colin) of Earlysville and Matthew Pennington (Whitney) of Shenandoah; his aunt Suzie Feehan of Front Royal; his niece Faith Pennington; his nephews, Templar Breeden and Boone Pennington; and his parents-in-law, Linda Medeiros and A. J. Goode (Wanda).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation in Jason's memory to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
