He is survived by: his wife Hazel Dickerson Peyton; and his siblings, Alvis "Duby" Peyton, Clarence "Buggs" Peyton (Mary Jane) and Edith Phillips (Harry). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
