She is survived by: her children, Joshua Costello (Bridgett) of Page County, VA and Toni Costello of Page County, VA; her grandson Robert Smith, Jr.; her siblings, Brenda Sullivan Humphreys (Scott) of Westminster, MD, Patricia Lynn Freeze (James) of Westminster, MD and Gary Richard Sullivan, Sr. (Sandy) of Reisterstown, MD; and her friend Susan Martin (Mike) of Finksburg.
