He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughter Angie Dawn Foreman (Robert Brown); his grandchildren, Carrie Elizabeth Foreman (Marcus Wisecarver) and John Michael Ray Foreman (Megan Menefee); his great grandchildren, Alexis Kaylyn Wisecarver and Della Ray Foreman; and his brothers, Doug Kerns (Nida), Nathan Kerns (Faye) and Bobby Kerns.
