We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2025, at the age of 92, Jean Katherine Southers of Star Tannery, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Luther and Ethel Helene Dixon Bray, Jr.; her husband William Guy Southers, Sr.; and her brother Martin Luther Bray, III. She is survived by: her children, William Guy Southers, Jr., Robert David Southers, Donald Edward Southers, Susan Elizabeth Dellinger, Richard Douglas Southers and Terrence Lee Southers; and her siblings, Helene Steele, Mildred Blake and Shirley Bray. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
