She was predeceased by: her parents, Merit Anderson and Elaine Rain Sisk Goins; her husband Bruce McClanahan; her brother John Knick Goins; and her sister-in-law Betty Mullins.
She is survived by: her daughter Dana Leigh McClanahan (John Rusmisel); her granddaughter Kaleigh "Special" Joy McClanahan-Rusmisel; her sister Ramona A Goins Wingate; her guardian angel Carolyn Steele; her niece Myra Vogel; her great-niece Ashlee Vogel; her niece Keri Goins; and her close friends, Cheryl Stephens, Amber Orme, Lisa Wells, Stefanie Jones, Annie, Ace and Atlas. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
