We announce the death of Barbara E. Persinger of Staunton, Virginia, who passed away on August 2, 2026, at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Lee Persinger, Sr. and Katherine Ellen Persinger (Grove). She is survived by: her son John "Trey" Persinger Sandow (Laurie); her grandson Daxton Sandow; her brother Allen Lee Persinger, Jr. (Gary Nimax); her close friends, Kay Nimax, Dreama Brown, Teresa Brumbaugh and Maureen Bodine; and her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Oliver.
