He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Pernell Davis, Sr. and Annie Alice Davis (Strother); his siblings, Jerry Strother, Vincent Davis, Jr. and Lilly Jean Davis; and his nephews, Isaac and Buck Davis.

He is survived by: his children, Shawn, Danny, Brandon, Andrea and Little Brice; and his siblings, Kathy Davis, Ivy Wells (Harold), Terry Davis, Sr. (Michelle) and Bonnie Ratliff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
