She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Gilmer and Ferne Gregory (Jones). She is survived by: her husband Steven A. Bullman; her children, Justin A Bullman (Amber) and Jaclyn Stanberry (Jay); her brother Willis Gregory (Terry); her cousin Tammy Flavin; Tonya Hart.

In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions are made to Augusta County SPCA.
