He is survived by: his wife Linda Taylor Dawson; his sons, Douglas Charles Dawson (Ellie) and David Marshall Dawson (Kristin); his stepson Eddie Thompson (Sharon); his siblings, David Lynn Dawson (Lisa) and Martha Angeleane Dawson Shelton; his sister-in-law Kathy Welcher (Brian); and his pet Milo. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
