She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Thomas Bourne and Esther Esmerelda Bourne (Anderson); and her son Hugh Forrest Pettis. She is survived by: her husband Hugh Semple Pettis; and her son Mark Semple Pettis of San Francisco, CA.
