He was predeceased by: his parents, Dotty Tisdale and Charles Hevener; and his significant other Penny Rolon. He is survived by: his daughter Alita (Brad); his siblings, Terry (Suzanne), Timmy (Cassie) and Vivian "Sissy" (Barry); his cousin Debbie; his aunts, Joan and Jean; and his friend Cindy. He is also survived by friends and neighbors that loved him like a brother.
