He is survived by: his wife Patricia Balsley of Staunton; his son Joel Balsley (Catherine); his grandson Jake Balsley; and his siblings, Philip Balsley, Marvin Balsley (Linda), Connie Doyle and Larry Balsley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
