He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Franklin McNeal, Sr. and Thelma Beatrice McNeal (Boyne); and his brother Edward "Butchie" McNeal. He is survived by: his brother Willie F. McNeal, Jr. of Denver; and his sibling's children, Jennifer Noble (Jeff), Carrie Davis (Anthony), Jared McNeal (Jennie), Jeremy McNeal (Catherine) and Jason McNeal.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Augusta Memorial Park (1775 Old Goose Crk Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
