He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Everett and Eleanor Miriam Bahret Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Marlyn Elizabeth Morris Spencer; his sister Sallie Marie Spencer Meffert (Michael David Meffert); his brother-in-law Robert Clemmons Surman; and his sibling's children, Michael Mueller, Susan Mueller Bruner, Scott Mueller, Matthew Mueller, Michael Surman, Lisa Surman Kelleher, David Spencer Meffert and Stephanie Meffert Vetter.
