He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hawkins and Jean Robertson; and his brother David M. Hawkins. He is survived by: his brother Kenneth E. Hawkins (Julie); his sons, Ethan M. Hawkins and Carter Hawkins (Taylor); his grandson K. Blake Hawkins; and his niece Elizabeth Huntsberry.
