He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Netschke and Dorothy Netschke (Lockbihler); his former wife Mary Netschke; his son Donald Netschke III; his sister Frances Mendenhall; and his grandson Daniel Belch.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbye Kimbrough; his daughters, Lisa Belch (Harry) of Round Hill, VA and Donna Dellinger (Morris) of Indian Trail, NC; his granddaughters, Jessica Stone (Mathew), Emily Belch and Hailey Watson Griffin Bean (Richard); his great grandchild Olivia Stone; and his stepdaughters, Shannon Harris (Chad) of Stuarts Draft, VA and Lori Kimbrough of Alexandria, VA..
