It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorma J. Johnson in Staunton, Virginia, who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Dorma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dorma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Greagor "Jack" Carlton and Bryna Jean Crouse Johnson. She is survived by: her son Bryce Logan Johnson (Brittany Nicole); her siblings, Gregory Allen Johnson (Carol), James Carlton Johnson (Vickie) and Donna Faith Johnson Markunas (Ray); and her stepdaughter Brie Lawhorne. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
