He is survived by: his parents, Doug Cochran and Karen Cochran of Staunton; and his sisters, Christina Quinones of Midlothian, Virginia and Kathleen Hausler of Milton, Georgia. He is also survived by 7 nephews and nieces, and a grand-nephew.
