He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar II and Marion Hendry Jones II. He is survived by: his close friend Anne Surratt (Stefanie Joy Nutty Jones); his pets, Sneaky, Millie, Molly and Flash; Mykel Andrew Nutty.
Like his father before him, Edgar recognized the profound value of contributing to the advancement of science by donating his body for study, seeing in it one final way to help others learn and heal.
