Evelyn K. Jones Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 7, 2025, at the age of 78, Evelyn K. Jones of Staunton, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn K. Jones to pay them a last tribute.

Though Evelyn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Evelyn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Lycurgus, Jr. and Marguerite Marshburn Jones of Pulaski; her brother Allen Lawrence; and her sister-in-law Nancy Jones of Knoxville, TN.. She is survived by: her nieces, Kassie and Suzanne Jones of Knoxville, TN.; and her close friends, Judy L. Cox and Gracie of Staunton.
