We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Frances Elizabeth Riley of Staunton, Virginia, born in Weston, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas L. Riley and Joy Diana Riley (McGee). She is survived by: her sister Karen Covert; her brother-in-law Steven Covert of Hampton, VA; her brother Sean Patrick Riley of Staunton; her niece Nicole Williams of Williamsburg, VA; her great-nephew Braxton Williams; and her caregiver Arlene.

Frances held the Special Olympics dear to her heart, and would love to know that those wishing to make memorial contributions did so to help them out.
