He is survived by: his children, Cami Lynn Leacock and Jesse Allyn Leacock; his sisters, Rebecca "Becky" Lynn Leacock Givens and Denise "Dee Dee" Elaine Leacock Miles; his niece Kinley Miles Ford; and his nephews, Aidan Miles, Matt and Max Givens.
