He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail George and Mary Martha Tacy (See). He is survived by: his wife Mary Reefa Tacy (Wilson) of Staunton; his children, Cheryl "Missy" Tacy of Staunton, Shelby Gail Noel (Charles "Blu") of Staunton and Joseph Tacy (Jeremiah Smathers) of Beaumont, Texas; and his grandchildren, Colby Berry (Caroline) of Staunton, Austin Murphy of Staunton, Dominic Noel of Staunton, Dylan Noel of Staunton and Allie.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Olivet Presbyterian Church (1019 Richmond Rd, Staunton, VA 24401). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Brick Church Cemetery.
