She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Henley Cash and Carrie Bell Bartley Cash; her husband Luther Edward Tankesley; her grandson Jonathan Kane Tankesley; her daughter-in-law Brenda Cobb Tankesley; and her siblings, Jesse Richard, Herbert Odell, Robert Leon, James Elwood Cash, Frances Belle Cash Fitzgerald, Louise Margaret Cash Fitzgerald and Virginia Mae Cash Shull.
She is survived by: her children, John Richard Tankesley, Joseph Elmer Tankesley (Brenda) and Jeanne Tankesley Brown (Arnold); her grandchildren, Mark E. Glenn, Sr. (Laura), Holly J. Tankesley Fairchilds (Page B.), Allison Hope Tankesley Bishop (J. R.) and Brandon H. Tankesley (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Mark E. Glenn, Jr., Alex E. Glenn (Taylor), Isaac R. Fairchilds, Gabriel O. Fairchilds, Jackson K. Bishop, Reagan Tankesley and Olivia Tankesley; and her close friend Ruth Swink. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
