He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Duff (Wines) of Staunton; his children, James "Hal" Duff, Jr. (Susan) of Winchester, Donna Staton (Ronald "R. L.") of Grottoes, Dina Flick (Tim) of Staunton and Katie Masincup (Scott) of Staunton; and his grandchildren, Brittany Kisamore (Derec), Daniel Lloyd, Sarah Duff, Heather Moran, Gage Staton (Heather), Mary Doumont (Patrick), Abby Craig (Dylan), Hannah Staton, Brittany Shifflett (Mike Morris), Garrett Staton (Olivia), Buford Ashton Masincup and Brennan Masincup.
