He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Mullenax and Thelma Gertrude Mullenax (Mullenax); and his brother Glenn Mullenax. He is survived by: his daughter Annette Breeden (Arlen) of Middlebrook; his stepson Michael Hupman (Renee) of Staunton; his sisters, Phyllis McKee of Clinton, NC and Harriet Smith of Staunton; and his nieces and nephews, Jeannie Rexrode, Pam Brown, Paula Mullenax, Seth Smith, David McKee and Nathan McKee.
