He is survived by: his wife Sheila Ann Taylor; his siblings, Trisha Ann Williams (Jack), Michael Taylor (Pearlie), Gary Lee Taylor and Patsy Jeffries; and his children, Jeffrey K Taylor (Myra), Kia Donner (Marcus), Jerone Payne, Consuela Wilson and Damien Toye. He is also survived by his six grandchildren; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles cousins and close friends.
