He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Miller and Mamie Miller (Achenbach); and his siblings, Arthur Miller Sr. and Naomi Spears. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hevener Miller; his daughter Jeannetta Bosley (Randall "Randy") of Churchville; his grandson Logan Bosley (Avery) of Churchville; and his sibling's children, Arthur Miller Jr., Douglas Miller, Earl Kilpatrick and Grezel McGinnis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews by marriage; and a precious great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Staunton Seventh-Day Adventist Church (1000 N Coalter St, Staunton, VA 24401). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
