She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Cook and Ema Mae Spurgin Cook; and her brother Forrest "Pete" Dale Cook. She is survived by: her sister Linda Mae Cook; her nephew Michael Cook (Acey); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Whitney and Ryan.
